There are two steps required by Interviewers for running the interview:
Open the meeting in the nominated video-conferencing platform
Log in to the Recruit portal to document the interview
The interviewer should log in to the Recruit platform using the following URL and the supplied credentials.
On the Home tab, a dashboard is displayed.
Click on the Interviews tab to display the Interviews dashboard or refer to My Interviews below the dashboard display on the Home page.
Click on the Interview entry to launch the interview window
The interview window will open.
With the candidate, interviewers can work through the Medical Practitioner Screening Interview Evaluation, and record notes and responses.
To record interview notes and responses, click on the + icon to the right of the thumb icons.
The thumb icons are used to provide a general positive or negative assessment of the candidate’s response.
When the Evaluation has been completed a Status can be selected to Accept or Reject the candidate. Then click on Submit Evaluation.
